Day-to-day religious activities of Darbar Sahib are presently looked after by Dadi Kamla Badlani. Administrative functioning of the Darbar Sahib is the responsibility of Trustees. In the original Trust Deed, Sai Vishindas had nominated four Trustees, viz, Shri Brahmanand Sainani, Shri Mohanlal Hingorani, Shri Narain Vaswani and Shri Ram Bhambhani.
The Trustees' main responsibility is to manage the property of Darbar Sahib spread over one acre of land at Kandivli (West), (Shantilal Modi Road, about 10 minutes walking distance from Kandivli Station), Mumbai. The Darbar Sahib has two dharamshala buildings and the main Mandir building. The Darbar Sahib runs, as per directions of the Sainjans, medical facilities as per today's needs, i.e. charitable specialists like physician, gynaecologist, Dialysis, eye surgery, skin specialist, orthopedic etc.
It is the duties of the trustees to run the activities of Darbar as per Trust Deed prepared by saijan's and follow the laws and rules and regulations as applicable at that time. The Present Trustees are:

- Shamsunder L Sidhwani
- Brig. Manohar L Bhambhani (Retd)
- Ashok Dudani
Shri Prabhu S Sainani is the resident Trustee who looks after the day-to-day administrative and charitable (medical and educational) activities of the Trust.
